Return and Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Dream Wear, Dubai’s trusted online store, we are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. In line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, amended by Decree Law No. 5 of 2023), we ensure that customers have the right to return or refund items under specific conditions.

2. When You Receive the Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described on our website, Dream Wear will provide a full refund including delivery and collection charges, provided:

  • The product is unused, in its original unbroken packaging, and includes all tags.
  • The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The original receipt included in the delivery is returned with the product.

3. When You Change Your Mind

If you decide to return a product simply because you no longer want it, Dream Wear will refund the product amount only, with the following conditions:

  • Delivery charges are non‑refundable.
  • Collection charges must be paid by you.
  • The product must be unused, in its original unbroken packaging, and include all tags.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The original receipt must be included.
  • If the return is initiated after the item has been shipped but before delivery, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be initiated once the product is received back at our customer fulfilment centre in Dubai and inspected by our team.
  • The refund will be credited to the original debit/credit card used for purchase.
  • You can expect the refund within 14 working days after inspection.
